Veteran leader Harirama Jogaiah said that he gave 90 marks to late Chief Minister NT Rama Rao for being non-corrupt. Jogaiah said he gave 70 marks to Chandrababu Naidu and only 20 marks to YS Rajasekhara Reddy for not indulging in corrupt activities. However, Jogaiah said YSR introduced more welfare schemes for poor when compared with NT Rama Rao. But, Jogaiah stated that YSR looted public money by introducing more welfare schemes.
