I am just trying to gather all information like whats the best UI framework, server etc on what platform it has to be developed

Native app development - Andriod , Swift for iphone and windows . This are best approach as these programming languages are build for native hardware

 

Hybrid - phonegap , cordova , titanium etc .... you can develope single code base and work on Android , iphone etc .. but these have some challenges 

 

Responsive  apps  - Use iconic , sencha touch , Jquery UI etc .... these are just browser based so no access to mobile hardware like  camera , sensors etc.

FYI , firebase is not framework  , it is platform to build real time applications. Consider firebase  as database and yoou store your data and firebase api will push the any changes to that data to all connections much faster.

responsive lo sencha lite as it is not open source in one of our project we use it ediana open source lo ne chedham ani veelu iyinantavaraku...jqueryUI chustanu
