puli_keka Posted November 9, 2015 Report Posted November 9, 2015 Everi time lo start aindhi Ee project initiation? Boeing to set up development centre in Andhra Pradesh PTI Jan 28, 2003, 10.18pm IST HYDERABAD: The world's largest aerospace company Boeing has 'positively responded' to a proposal to set up its development centre in Andhra Pradesh to explore opportunities in information technology enabled services (ITES) sector, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said on Tuesday. The assurance was given to Naidu by chairman and CEO of Boeing, Philip Condit, during a meeting they had at Davos recently on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum meeting. Naidu, who returned here earlier in the day after attending the annual WEF meeting, his fifth trip in a row, told reporters that he had sought investments from global business leaders in the areas of ITES, business process outsourcing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, agri-business, manufacturing and tourism sectors. The Chief Minister, who participated in three WEF sessions and Indo-Canadian Business Council meeting, had a string of one-on-one meetings with the captains of global corporate giants. He said chairman and CEO of Sony Corporation Nobuyuki Idei had assured that his company would 'closely look' at Andhra Pradesh for expansion of its Indian business in future while president of Bombardier International, Robert Greenhill, promised to send a team within ten days to look at the possibility of setting up design facility in Hyderabad for the leading manufacturer of business jets, regional aircraft and transportation equipment. :police:
