But Company A has told me that I need to report if I take up a new job. Date of Joining with Company B - 19 - Oct but the H1B transfer petition has received a RFE and is still not approved. I am currently working for Company B and they have started my payroll. I haven't informed company A about my new job and so I am still getting severance pay from Company A. Will getting paychecks from Company A and Company B pose any problems ??

You can receive paychecks simultaneously as long as they mention clearly that one is for severance from old company and the other is salary from new company

(in that case no issues) so see in the documentation if u can find anything.

(in that case no issues) so see in the documentation if u can find anything. It says they will stop the severance once I intimate them about the joining date at my new job ...
