Chuck Grassley, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, wrote a letter to the DHS Secretary expressing their outrage over the DHS's alleged I-140 EAD rule-mking process which is disclosed through the so-called leaked secret internal memo. The letter demands the DHS Secretary to respond to a series of questions by Thursday, 11/12/2015
