Intially knowledge undadu.. but you gotta take a step ahead and Start forward.. starting itself is 50% success.. rest nuvvu 50% kosam kastapadali..

 

Once you dig in the game.. will power automatic ga vastundi.. Niku mari depressive thoughts vastey just go gym for an hour.. things will improve gradually after an hour..

 

depression is very relative word.. Okadki Shiat pokuntey depression.. okadki athi mutram untey depression so it depends on what exactly is bugging you.. don't bog on small stuff.. indeed don't sweat on small stuff such that it causes a whirlwind of thoughts.. then you will be drawn in the eye of it..
