20% pay cheysey antha ledu... 10% cheydam ani... may be next yr ending unte will pay all that lumpsum ... 

appudayina kuda can get rid of that PMI from then on kadaa...

ARM loan teesukunte..be prepared for the risk of rate increase after 5 years..

 

konni saarlu banks ki upfront payment katti PMI avoid cheyocchu..of course ee upfront payment is in addition to your down

yeah nuvvu cheppina concept ardamayindhi... but ippudu 10% down ichi konte 1 - 1.5 yr paatu 3K/mnth ok... nuvvu cheppina 6/700 ekkuva pay cheyyalenu... maybe oka 2 yrs taruvatha cheyyagalachu... 

 

Uncle Scrooge cheppinattu may be will try to refinance after 2-2.5 yrs.appudu may be 15 yr loan ki... ippudu 30 yr loan teesukuni...

arm intial interest cheap. 4 yrs lo refinancing chestanu ante, adi teesuko. fees gurinchi naku idea ledu arm lo

 

ex. conventional loans lo origination fee, closing costs ivannee kalipi 4-5k daka avuddi. arm lo ee mortgage fees ekkuva ante waste

1) 5 yrs ARM antey 5 yrs varaku fixed APR... tarvata variable based on market... if you think you can pay off atleast 20%-50% by then and want to refinance , ayithey go for it.. else stick to 30 yrs 

2) generally 30yrs loan ki fixed APR........ bank valu or lenders or builders etc vallu starting lo closing cost ki cash return/pay chestharu...... neeku starting lo ne closing ki cash kavali in addition to downpayment......

you can refinance to any loan term after 5 years...but appudu 15 years rate ela untado manaki telidu kada..be prepared for the risk antunna

next refinancing appudu may be i need to add those
