@royalprince: mee employer ki mind dobbinnddda. Open enrollment for 2016 has started on november 1st and goes till decembet 15th 2015 for coverage that starts on jan 1st 2016 according to https://www.healthcare.gov

So this is the time frame that gov has announced. So depending on your company these dates will differ but by all means the dates need to stay in between now and december 15th. This is defined by federal government and not your employer. Go and questipn your employer...desi gaada employer????
