I gave status updates briefly to him friday bhayya...

Next monday...gave status update clearly to project manager...anthe...

He shouted on me...and was so much angry on me...totally red face...u can blame...im sorry ani vachesa...monday roju...one to one argument lo...office lo everybody asked me...about the same issue...

So naku inka chala personal problems unnai...so full ga depressed after this incident...

So today morning i sent email to my IT director...about him...

Im so much relieved now...but aa chinki gadu malli em mind game play chesthado ani tension undi....

Hi Sir,

Good Morning.

 

I’m sorry to send this email, but I’m sending this because it’s heart-felt and a big concern for me from past few days in my life.

 

I’m  totally deviated from my regular life style.

 

Last week, I informed in the AppDev scrum meeting about the update of rule part of initial phase testing and also mentioned in the scrum meeting about it as xyzis testing more.

 

The same thing I explained everything in meeting with yyy.

 

AppDev manager is blaming me for the total miscommunication regarding the same.

 

#1.When I informed him clearly about the status, and he over hears about that what shall I do for that ?

 

#2. He is comparing the yyy bank status with yyy days rule in the meeting.

 

How can he compare an expert developer coding skills and strategies who is working on PNB bank with a senior developer working on CIPS ?

 

The yyy bank status has postponed and everyone has a prior information about that.

 

#3. If he doesn’t attend the ggg  morning meeting and he assumes what might have gone wrong that’s not my mistake either.

 

The 90-60 days rule has a tight timeline schedule of December last week (suddenly the timelines  are postponed ) and I have my vacation coming-up, starting from next week with those intentions thought of doing my best to get closer completion to rrr rule project.

 

I don’t know until last week thursday about rrr rule postponement. So, I want to catch-up as much as I can before going on a vacation.

 

And the AppDev manager shouts in front of whole AppDev team and insulted me and made me feel embarrassed.

 

The last project I was working has extended for 18 more months and it was a ongoing project, just before joining this project.

 

I have lot of opportunities outside,  it may take a month or two to find a new job for me like the other developers who moved on.

 

I worked for more than 8 hours a day for completing the vvv upload process. I gave my best and worked with passion. I thank you all for your great support.

 

But, the Appdev manager intentionally targeted me for no reason and been rude and shouting on me many times.

 

Please advise him not to show his hatred and rudeness to team members in the meetings. It’s is big problem for everyone.

 

 

Honestly, I loved to work with this team and this is a wonderful opportunity for me to complete my work and enjoy the success every time as its happening here from past 18 months.

 

Finally, I always been loyal towards you and had full respect towards your work ethics and great professionalism. I would like to continue working with this team and vvv or .bbb projects and I will give my best for the projects until you need me.
