mustang302 Posted November 25, 2015 Report Posted November 25, 2015 enta time padtadi? depends on the type of food intake..height of the person and the weight of the person at this particular time and more over personal interest ..inni factors consideration lo teesukuntae kaani..GYM lo ae trainer ina chappagaluguthadu...!!basic ga GYM lo joi itae..continous 3-4 months training untadu..then a long pause like 2 month..ee gap lo cardio is the must and then the training starts for few more months..tharuvathe body tone lo unchukovadam aa person meedha depend ayyi untadi..!!
