Not to discourage you but before the companies lay people they normally check with their legal to make sure no one sues them. You can fight if you can prove clear evidence of discrimination based on your nationality, for that you did not have to wait until you were separated.

 

Ya. Some time back they asked us to sign and in house arbitration clause, which I did not. I am thinking of suing on terms of racism. Gora's are planning on doing the same.

Help us understand what you are trying to say...are you saying you will sue them for discrimination because you did not sign a company process document?

Discrimination based on race example is when your employer sends an email that you will not be promoted because you are asian indian. Discrimination based on religion examplr is when a girl is asked by her employer to remove her "bindi" if she has to work. You need a documented proof or a majority of people who were employed at the same time you were and can provide witness.

Oh..Manager level lo unnodiki 15 days notice eh na....munde hints istharu mostly...idi maree over undi...anyway better try to push your immigration dept about H1 status...naaku telsi munde/fast ga revoke cheyyaru until it's a prime vendor company....post in murthy, immi as well..as you already started the transfer process no issues anukunta..make sure you have it on premium.. recent ga naku telsina okathaniki revoke chesaka kuda 2 weeks time untadi ani chepparu...prime vendor ki chesthadu...i will check his status now

i was just wondering only.....cheyyaru ani cheppatle...minimum concern unatadi konni companies lo...higher management hint istharu munde..that too manager level lo unna vallaki...edaina cheyyachu le , depends on firm policy and how management care about their employees

They can fire at will and you can leave without a notice

In my old company, some white people told me they wont allow second class citizens to eat with them on the same table in our cafeteria. Luckily, another white girl overheard our conversation and provided witness when I complained to my HR.

They were fired but I feel bad for them when I think about their families. Now I dont complain if anyone comments, I just laigh and try to jokingly fight back with my words.
