naaku 2 yrs pattindhi..nenu chala skinny undaevaadini and height 5'10"..muscle build ki chala time pattindhi..heavy n tall personality itae vesy ga one yr lo chayyavachu 6 pack...!!very strict diet followed after getting a job..!!

resistant bands better than weights. endurance ki ave work avuthai than lifting weights.
