can work till H4 is approved. But cannot work after H4 is approved till EAD is approved. 

neeku lucky ga H4 n EAD same time lo approve ivvuthe then u can work. 

 

But konni cases lo H4 approve iyyi taruvatha 1 month ki EAD vasthondi... ala ithe cannot work for that 1 month

anthe... basic ga H4 approve iyye daka EAD application evadu dehkadu...  (manam 2 applications same pack lo pampina kuda)

 

so H4 Approve iyyaka ....EAD application chusi will approve it... USCIS valla coordination ni batti days or wks or months.

 

but future date peytti H4 request cheyyachu ani vinna... ala ithe matuku can get both H4 n EAD from same date... but no clarity
