Need Help With Elk ( Elasticsearch,logstash,kibana)

I need some help with setting up and configuring ELK stack on windows and specifically geoip feature. Miru evarana already setup chesi vunte  please help me with some notes and documents.

I am using windows to setup ELK as all our servers are windows and IIS.. Installation part is fine but I am struggling with geoip setup.
