Srimanthudu And Bahubali Failed To Beat Magadheera

Released within a gap of one month, two of the biggest blockbusters ever in Tollywood, Baahubali and Srimanthudu, placed themselves one after the other in terms of box-office collections, with Baahubali occupying the top slot. Now, Srimanthudu once again managed to secure the next place after Baahubali.

Recently, Srimanthudu was premiered on a popular entertainment TV channel and as per the BARC TRPs, the film scored a huge 21.24 rating points. The film, being a wholesome family entertainer, was lapped up by the family audiences once again even on the small screen.

On the other hand, Baahubali, which was aired during Dasara festival season, struck big with 21.84 TRP. This leaves Srimanthudu fall just 0.60 points short of Baahubali. However, leading the pack at the top is Rajamouli's first epic magnum opus, Magadheera with 22.7 and Sri Ramadasu with 24 rating points respectively.
