Inka janalu ekkuva ostharu apply chesthuntaru..Okapudu MS ki 2 students college ki osthe great..Maa appudu 70 ante ammo ankunnam..Ippudu 5000 osthunaru..Alane osthunaru ani GC lu penchukoledu kada..Appudu US citizens evaru undaru ikaa..Adi inko Asia country avthadi.. GC ivvali ani kaadu, atleast ee i-140 ead clear chesthe better ani, elagu i140 clear aithe unlimited H1 esthadu adi edo ead echestha manaki tension undadu (like h1 extension, stamping lolli) and atleast people can plan their life here like buying house etc.,(even h1 lo houses kontunnaru but just chepthunnanu)

No specifics are provided regarding the contents of the proposed rule, but the general description notes that it is intended to "…provide stability and job flexibility for the beneficiaries of approved employment-based immigrant visa petitions..." The rule will also clarify certain provisions of the American Competitiveness in the Twenty-First Century Act of 2000 (AC21), as it relates to H1B workers. Once the OMB completes its evaluation of the proposed rule, the next step would generally be to have the proposal published in the federal register for review and comment.
