uncle typical desi laaga matladinav kada... rule changing ante one or two months lo etla aipothadi uncle.. they have to study and count for all the consequences.. em theda raakunda evadanna case esina defend chesukune laaga cheyali.. it takes time and that too ivi emi private corporate companies kaavu Govt bodies what else do you expect.. at least they are doing something instead of bluntly rejecting the proposal
