first thing u have to pay ATT full amount and if you want that paid amount back you need to return your phone and fill the form ..within 6 weeks dabulu chethilo...

 

if you dont want to return phone..pay att from your pocket as usual but  dont fill the form just go ahead as new T-mobile customer....

but tmobile vodu koni offers giving..if ur plan above 3g..netflix hulu..chala streaming 4g payan chesthe u dont get charged and family plans awesome....you can upgrade as 6 times in 2 years... :)
