Jessica: For a very limited time we are covering Early Termination Fees and Installment Balances when you switch to Sprint, turn in your old phone and bring your number over from another carrier. Jessica: You will receive the ETF (Early Termination Fee) and Equipment Installment Balance reimbursed on an American Express Reward Card by registering and submitting your final bill at Sprint.com/joinsprint within 60 days of switching. Jessica: To qualify, your Sprint phones may be purchased with Easy Pay, iPhone Forever, Sprint Lease, or at full price, and you are required to register and turn-in the competitor phone that was active at the time you switched to Sprint. Jessica: Your American Express card will arrive approximately 15 days after registration has been approved.
