Hello everyone -

 

I couldnt get a straight answer from the immigration forums - So posting here for a suggestion !

 

Naa H1b extension started in oct 2014 with previous client and joined new client on 04.06.15

 

my employer said - there is no need of H1B amendment if project/client change is before 04/09/15 (LCA filings in a new MSA) !

 

Please tell me, if there is any problem if i go stamping with out H1B Amendment ?

Client change ite you need amendment for stamping .. Don't listen anyone ... Naa maate Vinu .. I'm always correst

Date doesn't matter bhayya, as per rule nuvvu chepiyali. na friend stuck ayyado 2011 lo just because of amendment even before this rule was published

earlier, stamping ki vellakunda unte H1 amendment skip chese vallu but stamping ki velle mundhu ammendment cheyyinchevallu(if employer is good) unless H1 is filed at the same client!

 

It is always advisable to have ammendment done before going for stamping....anyways Jan nundhi mandatory chepinchali anukunta!
