Snacks --almonds/peanuts (salted) Dinner -- lil brown rice,Chicken (daily),mashed potato,veggies if possible Workout --daily 90 mins to 120 mins drinks :Protein shake (Only with water),Too much water(keeps away from dehydrating),Green TeaI have a 6 pack ...!!dats it...!! workout routine 30 mins thread mill ..min 4 miles dailyPushupus ---min 300 Pullupus --min 100(not assisted,pull up bar)cruches --min 150(depends) biseps,curles,triceps ki common ga weights chest --80 pounds (10 reps,10 each rep) swimming(depends) 30 min thread mill i could achieve only 2.5 miles max how get to that point pushups pullups aithe i dont do normally unless I am not going to gym I do it at home abs meeda only alternate days chestunna migitha weights I do it but 3* 12 ante antakante ekkuva pote vata beejam vanikiddi ani maa trainer annad ani reps ela chestav broo
