Nuvu h1 period almost 3+ yrs use cheseskunte, like say 4th yr running anuko, without i140 been approved , kotha employer h1 file chesetapudu he can only ask for 2yr extension, as u will have only 2yrs left on h1b, adhe i140 approve ayyaka aithe, eventhough u r in 5th yr of h1b, kotha employer can ask for 3yr extn when they file , anthaku minchi i dont see any other logic
