If you are still in status(on valid H1B)..try H1 xfer with different employer.

Luck unte i94 tho ostadi new H1 or u may have to go out of USA and re-enter Good Luck,

Mtr takes long time .. U can't stay more than 90 days mtr in process ..

MTR anedi enta padtundo evariki teliyadu..sometimes more than a year. so you should leave country since ur current H1 is already expired. Yah ..dangerous but dont cut down your chances by staying longer time here without valid status.

No grace period. you have to leave on day 1 I know that...but it is acceptable to some level ..day 1 po ante how can you go away leaving job and other stuff here...GRACE period em ledu as per rules but you can take sometime to leave
