Yah ..dangerous but dont cut down your chances by staying longer time here without valid status.

This is a tough  situation..U can change employer but neeku i94 oche chances takkuva..so you have to leave the country and comeback...

 

For your best, file H1 xfer and go to india . Comeback once your H1 xfer is approved.
