This is a tough  situation..U can change employer but neeku i94 oche chances takkuva..so you have to leave the country and comeback...

 

For your best, file H1 xfer and go to india . Comeback once your H1 xfer is approved.

 

Assuming it takes 2 days for H1 Denial Notice to employer address , Do i need to process h1 transfer before it is received.. or Can i file process h1 transfer after receiving Denial Notice?
