i don't have that knowledge, but it's doable... you can experiment with Lync SDK, may be there are some code samples in msdn

ekada post chesaka google lo chadivithey edhe chusa SDK downloaded scrum pinger ani okati chestunna IM's group to call for scrum or sends a txt msg to phone if not available :)
