VizagRocks Posted November 24, 2015 Report Posted November 24, 2015 really a very good question from that person. donno what amir was trying to say but yes indeed its a problem where people talk about death of one muslim guy but no one gives a damn about people who serve their own nation adhi kaadhu baa, serving own nation pakkana pettu. a Hindu guy also died in the same or next week when Dadri incident happened. He was killed by a muslim mob for being a cow activist. How many people even talked about this death?
KillChillPandey Posted November 24, 2015 Author Report Posted November 24, 2015 It is good that such questions are being asked, but the question could've been better if Dadri incident was equated to killing of a cow protection force member in north karnataka the same week, by a muslim mob. from what i understand that question was asked w.r.t double standards to Soldiers on border who indeed are real heroes rather than these fake heroes.. People Should realize that what they call mychoice, freedom of speech etc etc are only possible with soldiers protecting the border.. so the journalist was more interested to present a view that most politicians visited dadri but not colonel's home except for one minister :(

But when he spoke of a soldier being killed in Kashmir, it somehow didn't fit in with his original question. Perhaps the editor is north Indian, and is not very concerned with what's happening down south. the inconsistency is in condemning when a muslim mob kills a guy for his beliefs. Soldier dying in Kashmir, is more common than a civilian dying in the hinterlands. It's a bit much to expect outrage everytime a soldier dies fighting militants.
