Don't just see the numbers see how much % of visas they have filed w.r.t to their company strength. all Indian MNCs do not have more than 20-30% of their strength at onsite. ikkada unna mana desi consultancies kuda system ni exploit cheyyaleda ippudu kuda chesthunnaru. naaku telisi every compnay small , big,desi & videsi try to exploit until to the point it bursts to big problem.

I don't have even 1% of confidence that desi MNCs have enough money,power & balls to influence on this land.

all those companies have 2 bussines lines:  business consulting aka strategy consulting and tech consulting.

 

tech consulting is nothing but what tcs/infy does. now infy tcs guys want to enter into business consulting but they are not able to in a full fledged way becoz of lack of skill set and resistance from other party.

 

see the recruitment patterns of tcs infy they r hiring tellolu for their business consukting divisions.

i don't think they are doing anything wrong by hiring locals for business consulting. And i prefer to think they are forced hire because of that %15 rule. Or cause they saw there is potential market there. tammudu tammude pekata pekate !
