entha mandho cheppuchu kadha vay...5 boys 2 porilu ani specific ga cheppala....nijamga chinna porad unnav kadha nuvvu... why_1

aithey oka 10 cups basmati rice cold water la soak chey for 30 minutes..

 

then take a big kadai or what ever big pan u have....oka 60% water posi boil chey...

once its bubble boiling, put 3 tsps of oil, 1 tsps of ginger garlic paste, half lemon, quarter bunch mint leaves, quarter bunch corriander leaves, salt, whole garam masala little(miryalu pakka veyali bro).., 1 tsps garam masala powder, and boild it for 5 more minutes.

 

now put the soaked rice into that boiling water..oka 3 minutes atla unchi spoon tho mix chey....kindha rice udakadhu..andhuke mix cheyali...

 

atla oka 5 minutes la 70 percent cook aipothadi rice....then drain the water.....

forgot to tell you...after marinating the turkey add fried onions on top and keep aside....

 

ganthe iga....ee rice marinate chesina turkey paina vesey...now put fried onions on top of rice, mint leaves, coriander leaves, 3-4 tsps oil evenly, nimmakaya rasam,1 tsps garam masala powder, butter kavalantey oka cup la vesi heat chesi pour that butter instead of oil.

 

pack it with silver foil..no leaks...put it in over pre heated for 400 c.....put it for 25 minutes on 400...then 35 minutes on 375....it will be done...

 

aipoganey teeyaku...let it stay for 20-30 minutes...then open the foil!...just give 1 or 2 stirs...jara khulla khulla aithadi....ganthe deeeengi thinudey!...

more than half poi...kadai la more than half water poi.....10 cups rice boil kavali ...so think accordingly

repu chesi cheppu....nenu kavalani oka ingredient miss chesina....nuv nijanga chesthe adhendho kanukkuntav....lekuntey nuv cheyakunda fakuthunnattu naku ardham aipothadi...lol!
