Benghazi is a scandal 4. women are oppressed in the western world. I can't tell what's going to happen in the next 5years, but I can tell you exactly what'll happen in 50years to the gold mine in Bay Area. From being London/Newyork in the 1890s, it'll regress to Delhi/Mumbai of today.

Just make as much money as you can and retire to somewhere better. I can't believe how some people in the bay area live. Some even in their late 20s, and early 30s.
