I think investment in properties in bangalore  better. I am gettig a property .d-cross, Doddaballapur at 16lacs...BIAPPA Arrpoved, ready for registration  is it worthful? What do you say....Anyone has brought properties in bangalore

Bangalore lo 3 years lo double ante kashtam...ippudu antha saturate ayipoyindhi...water problem baaga vundhi...traffic baaga perigipoyindhi...

ippudu dhenni nammela ledhu bhayya andhra lo.....
Better buy some farm lands in Karnataka....they are cheap....with 15 lakhs easily you can get 5 acres....farming cheyinchu locals tho..

I will never invest in andhra on lands...dabbulu vunte bank lo vesukoni interest meedha brathukutha kaani lands mathram invest cheyyanu....those days are gone....overhyped prices...future ela vuntundho theliyadhu kaani....

yeah idhi better option ippudu vunna situation lo....lands meedha investment ante adhi 5 years kindha maata...ippudu antha buss ee....even Bangalore illu konna kuda water problem baaga vundhi and 6 hours power cut kuda start chesadu...inko 5 years lo Bangalore growth aagipothundhi appudu akkada land vunna bokke....
