Varthur lo currently 1200 per sqft nadustundi rate.. Whitefield ki oka dead end hosakotte ayte inko deadend varthur untadi.. Varthur lo IT pade chances takkuva as of now or in coming future.. Varthur lo invest cheyadam correct o kaado I'm not sure aa land chaala nirmaaanusham ga undi , oka 10 years padatadi aa area develop kaavadaniki.. But after 10 years manam konna land ki manchi rate vastado ledo Im not sure.. Maaa friend takkuva ga undi kada ani loan + appulu teeesukuni mari konnadu aa land ni..
