This campaign is for what should be in a new 140 EAD rule implementation. Lawyers and employers are asking to give just job portability is enough. But it's nothing for employees. Actually we need job mobility which means employer cant withdraw i140 even if we change employet.

Atleast do email what you need by reading above link. This draft is about same or similar job thing for i-485 filers right. where is i-140 EAD or i140 portability in this draft? I think we are commenting in wrong rule. This rule/draft is not about i140 EAD
