Mee vadiki Nov 2nd week Employer A daggara Pay stub unda  ? If yes, then i think attorney can say Employer A daggara inka working Nov 2nd week varaku and H1 extension with Employer A has been filed and is in status because of the receipt ani cheppochu .. but as everyone said, H1 transfers are tricky if previous petitions are not valid.
