He has announced the same and pledged to give away 99% of his stock in the social network toward charitable causes in his lifetime. This move has been appreciated by many notable persons and other dignitaries including Bill Gates. It is to be mentioned here that Mark Zuckerberg has been owning about 4 million shares of Class A shares in Facebook and approximately 419 million supervoting shares.

But bill gates lanti foundations do some good work , there is no reason that they have to spend so much on charity
