Attorney gadi mee wife ki kuda oka questionaire pamputhadu.. but that does not ask any details about your wife's eH 4EAD details.

Mee wife Passport copy, visa copy, and I-94 record adugutharu man for h4 extension. 

 

h4 ead has nothing to do with h4 extension.
