griffins Posted December 5, 2015 Report Posted December 5, 2015 I went to an indian restaurant and some of the rice fell off from my spoon while eating. While the server was cleaning up my table he used his fingers to clean the rice that fallen on the table. I felt awfully bad and irresponsible for not putting the rice from the table into my plate before he started cleaning up which struck me after he used his fingers. I left a $5 tip for a $15 bill but I am awfully feeling bad that poor guy had to do it which was probably my responsibility. Lemme know if I had to leave more tip and I will go tomorrow to give it to him. I am going to be very careful to clean my stuff on the table myself and put that into the plate next time I go anywhere...learnt my lesson.

zoloto Posted December 5, 2015 Report Posted December 5, 2015 I think you are over reacting mistakes are quite common but few people only realize those mistakes and wont repeat, I think you are one among them. don't feel bad about the guy who cleaned the mess. he did his job and he is respecting his job more. we shouldn't feel sorry for him, its an insult to him.
