You did a good job, just keep in mind that's what the guy is being paid for, but we gotta be little careful so that we can reduce his work load. I worked at a restaurant for few months, I can imagine his feelings.. You should have made sure that the guy got the tip which you gave.

Yup I left a $5 bill as a tip for him and I think he must have got it. One thing that struck me which was different from other restaurants is this guy using his fingers to clean up the table. When I think about it I feel it is probably unhygenic if he dont wash his hands after he cleans up. We dont know for sure if he does that, I hope he does.

I know there is a bit of irresponsibility on my part but he should have used may be a cloth or paper towel or something else but not his fingers.
