Did anyone submit documents recently? what is the regular processing time?

I submitted on 11/30 at 12 pm and still waiting for my passport... Online it shows passport is still with us embassy/consulate

Evvale escalate chesa ... within24 or 48 hrs lo update vastadi ani cheppindi...

Same day TS kante oka 2 hrs munde submit chesa but naadi enduku inka ready status lone undi????
