India or US I think this is the same rule buy a apt like  3 portions US loo you get it for 600k -900 K same money India lo kudaaa  same price ki vastadi anukuntaa... live in one portion and rent out other 2 portions ex each portion will give out money say $1200 permonth  you get $2400 towards mortagage but you will end up saving your rent and save ur rent money towards another property next 5 yrs loo you should be able to buy same kind of apartment and rent out in same way... owning apt also has it cons but less risky... this is my plan..  Initial property is the only part your risking..
