Kcr Shocks Danam, Refuses To Admit Him

Hyderbad: Known for his autocratic decisions, Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday dealt a rude shock to former minister and Greater Hyderabad Congress Committee president Danam Nagender by refusing to admit him into the TRS “conditionally.”

Danam was making all preparations to take a plunge into the TRS and his followers worked overnight on Sunday to keep ready several banners and cut-outs to be erected in different parts of the city hailing his entry into the TRS.

However, things took a dramatic turn byMonday, when KCR’s office communicated to Danam that the TRS chief did not give him any appointment and if Danam wants, he can join the TRS informally in the presence of senior leader K Kesava Rao.

Apparently, Danam got the hints that KCR was not interested in his entry into the TRS and he would not get any importance in the party, leave alone getting the responsibility to lead the party in the GHMC elections.

It is learnt TDP leader Talasani Srinivasa Yadav had opposed Danam’s entry into the TRS. Shocked at this, Danam decided to stay back in the Congress.
