Heis not allowing me to talk. He said that he will 1500 or else i can talk to my lawyer.
Nenu notice ivvaledi because my h1 transfer was still pending. I just played safe.

i switched employer in Aug. he stopped my check for July and Aug ( 3weeks).
few days ago when asked him for my pay.. as per LCA i have been already paid more than i should ani email pettadu.
actually i was working for him 75-25 basis.
how can i ask for my pay ? is there any thing i should do legally ?
please help me
