jobs baane vunnayi kaani.. no consultency is ready to file a H1 w/o a client letter(as per my knowledge). ne ways keep trying....you might find some one. sulekha.com isn't a bad place to start..

As some of the DB members have already mentioned that - yes, now-a-days getting an H1B is not an easy task when you dont have a JOB in your hand - if you cannot get a client letter, you must somehow prove  USCIS that you are working at a client site.
