Uscis Job Portability Teleconference

• USCIS hosts a teleconference of listening session on Thursday, December 17, from 3 to 4 p.m. (Eastern) to provide feedback on the USCIS draft policy memorandum Determining Whether a New Job is in "the Same or a Similar Occupational Classification" for Purposes of Section 204(j) Job Portability. During the listening session, USCIS officials will provide an overview and solicit input on the draft memorandum, which USCIS posted on November 20, 2015, for public review and comment. To provide written comments, please email [email protected] by the deadline: Monday, January 4, 2016. 
  To register for this session, please follow these steps:

  • Select "Subscriber Preferences"
  • Select the "Event Registration" tab
  • Provide your full name and organization, if any
  • Complete the questions and select "Submit"
