I'm selling my car to a private party.  I need some help on the process to follow.  I've a loan on this car already.  If someone can share the details and steps to follow that would be great.

also do i need to go to DMV for the transfer?

who is your financier bro, like bank or dealer,,you have to talk to your finacier, 

dmv doest not come to picture until your title released which will happen only f you loan is cleared off
