You can sell car to third party in craigslist. you need to mention in the ad that car is having bank as lein holder. once buyer agrees to buy it and pays you with bill of sale, you can pay off the loan and will receive title from bank which you can give it to buyer.

 

second, you can sell it to dealer and dealer will take care it.
