Worst case scenario lo transfer deny avvochu kani original petition em kadu. You can still work with the current employer I guess. But LTT for experts like Nissan and Alex.

I dont think your first H1 will be revoked unless you tell them that you are leaving and they revoke it.

General ga big companies tappithey normal desi vendors will not revoke. Check with your vendor .. if possible move to vendor A and run the pay check.. SO that no need to worry. But better to consult attorney.. i wish you good luck.

Amendment rule pass aina dates lo padthav anukunta kada..on or before Aug 31st amendments had to be filed ani ichar ga??(correct me if I am wrong)
