There is no evidence that Salman Khan was drunk or that he was driving, a Mumbai High Court (HC) bench headed by the Chief Justice, said. The bench ruled out punishment to Salman and questioned the Sessions Court judgement against him. Though the judgement was not announced officially yet, the court decision is a relief to Salman Khan, it is said.
