Passport Nov 30th ki expire ayindhi. 

Ippude chusa. I94 also expired.

 

Got the appointment on Dec 17th at SFO.

Edhaina problem avuthundhi antara?

I went to India in Feb. While coming they saw my passport is going to expire and changes i94 date.

so, please check with your employer/attorney. technically your stay is US has expired. Find out ways to correct it.

You dont have to apply in Tatkal. 

BLS will accept your application antunnadu.

 

How about i94 ante. That is fine 1st send BLS your application anndu.

H1 extension peditey i94 kuda renew avthundi kadha

 

for renewal of passport ...they didnt ask about i94 for me

If they accept my application for tatkal. Then after I get my passport I will drive to Mexico and come back.
