Yi case lo passport expired kadhu kadha bhayya.

 

Edhi cheyali anna. valid PP undali. 

I can drive to mexico and come back but no valid Passport.

nuvvu urgent ga attorney tho matladi decide avvu..ne case lo i94 expired which means your stay in US is expired.. poni h1B validity pattukuni i94 extension request cheyanike you dont have valid PP..so talk to attorney!!

I think your case is not simple, It may be complicated.

 

You need to go out of country and come back one to get new i94.

 

first take new passport in tatkal
